How to record the sport

To record your workouts you need to connect the appropriate fitness apps (Runtastic, Strava, Nike + etc.) or fitness trackers compatible with Health and Google Fit.

Check the compatibility of your apps or your fitness tracker with Google Fit or iOS Health: you don’t have to sync those apps/trackers directly with Virtuoso, but with Google Fit or Apple Health. Virtuoso only communicates with them.

Some fitness trackers record steps and calories burned properly, but they don’t communicate those data to Google Fit or iOS Health. In this case, we suggest you to contact the customer care of the fitness tracker.

Workouts manually added are valid on Virtuoso.

Remember to connect your fitness app directly to Apple Health or Google Fit.
Any sport activity related to "walk" is not valid for Sport section on Virtuoso

How to record sleep

Among the activities that we encourage to live healthy, there is also a good night sleep, which is very important for our body. Healthy Virutoso rewards you with 2 credits per hour slept. Also, Google Fit for Android and iPhone Health need to track your night's rest.

Google Fit:

If you have a fitness tracker that tracks your night's rest, make sure that the app is properly synchronized with Google Fit and that the "Diary" section of Google Fit shows your night rest.

If you don't use a fitness tracker, to track your sleep you need to install an app that detects your sleep and transmits it to Google Fit. Some members of our Community suggested the App "Sleep as Android". Activities entered manually are considered valid for accumulation of credits.

Apple Health:

If you have a fitness tracker that tracks your night's rest, make sure the app is properly synchronized with Health and that your sleep is correctly detected in the appropriate section on Health app.

If you are not using a fitness tracker, to monitor your sleep you need to install an app that detects your sleep and reports it to the Health App. You can consult the best apps suggested by iPhone directly in the "Sleep" section in the Apple Store.

MEDITATION & YOGA

How to track meditation and yoga

In order to record your meditation sessions using Google Fit or a meditation third party app like Calm, Insight Timer or others. It is important, as usual that you connect then this third party app to Google fit or Apple Health.

You can record your yoga practices directly using a smartwatch or a dedicated third party app. Between them, please try Down Dog, Glo or Alo Moves.
